Sleeves are in good usable condition. The sleeve bore is 3 3 16" inch. The lower sleeve outside diameter is 3. 43" inch. This measurement is taken where the O ring goes around the sleeve. Please carefully measure your sleeve before ordering due to different engine castings! Sleeves could have 3" inch, 3 1 8"
